Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Pack Your Instrument
Securely pack the guitar in its original shipping carton with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured postage to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
